Semler Scientific's common stock will begin trading on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the trading symbol "SMLR" at the open of the market on Tuesday, September 28, 2021. Semler Scientific's common stock will continue to trade on the OTCQB until market close on September 27, 2021.
